He has held leadership roles at three previous startups, managing large teams and achieving two successful startup exits. Deeply thoughtful about the future, James applies his passion for engineering, philosophy, and business as transformative tools, building innovative solutions to the world's pressing problems.

Bob Woskow, CTO of Wayside, boasts 40+ years in engineering and tech development. He holds both an MBA, MS in Electrical Engineering, and prior startup exits. Known for his proficiency in electrical engineering and ability to solve complex product development issues, Bob has contributed to over 220 patents and consulted with numerous high-profile clients including the US DOE and Shuttle Program. His expertise spans from project conception to commercialization, making him a valued technical and project catalyst.

Eve Werbe, CFO of Wayside, brings 30+ years of experience as a development controller, having successfully managed over $2B in projects. A JD holder from Loyola Law School, her wide-ranging expertise includes insurance, tax credits, equity summaries, a variety of legal matters, and the creation of compelling investor packages. Eve's financial leadership and diverse skillset have played a critical role in driving the company's success.

Bob Spunt, COO of Wayside, has a proven record of developing tools and teams at tech giants like SNAP, Oracle, and Adobe. With a Ph.D. from UCLA and experience as a research fellow at CalTech, he brings rigorous academic insight to his operations leadership. Known as the "numbers and measurements guy", Bob's precise analytics and management skills are invaluable assets to the company.

Ian Rondoni excels in Cleantech project management, bringing a sustainable vision to life. His expertise in business team building propels growth, while at Wayside, he is transforming customer experience through innovative strategies.

Erik Johnson, our strategic advisor, combines over 25 years of CEO experience with creative insight gained as a Disney Imagineer. His unique skill set — blending hard business acumen with vision and creativity — plays a pivotal role in fueling CEO James Werbe's innovative leadership. In addition to his role as an Executive in Residence (EIR) at LACI and a Board Member at USGBC-Los Angeles, Erik imparts his expertise to the next generation as a professor of entrepreneurship at ArtCenter College of Design in LA, thereby contributing significantly to Wayside's growth trajectory.
